New Matlock October 17 Episode 2 Spoilers Reveal A Teen Murder Scandal And More
Hey, “Matlock” fans. We’re back with some great news for you guys. After about a month of delays, The CBS people are finally dropping the next, new episode 2 of Matlock’s current, premiere season 1 tonight, October 17, 2024, and we’ve got some new spoiler scoops to dish up about it.
We were able to collect a couple of new, official teaser descriptions for this new episode 2 straight from CBS’ official episode 2 press release synopsis. So, let’s just dive into it right now.
The first thing out of the box is the official title for this new episode 2. It’s called, “Rome, In A Day.” It sounds like episode 2 will feature some very scandalous, intense, dramatic, emotional, interesting and possible suspenseful scenes as a teen murder case is in the works. Some parenting drama takes place and more.
The first spoiler scoop lets us know that we’re going to get some new Matty scenes. She will be seen getting all settled into her new role over at the Jacobson Moore law firm at some point. CBS’ official description for Matty getting all settled in plotline tells us, “Matty settles into her new role at Jacobson Moore.”
The second spoiler scoop reveals that a developmentally delayed teenager will be accused of murder in this episode, and his family will claim he’s been wrongly accused of this terrible crime. So, we’ll see Olympia, Matty, Billy and Sarah take on this lawsuit.
CBS’ description for this teen, murder lawsuit case storyline reads like this, “Olympia and the aptly nicknamed “Team You Three” (Matty, Billy and Sarah) take on a lawsuit involving a developmentally delayed teenager whose family claims he’s been wrongly accused of murder.”
The 3rd spoiler teaser for this new episode 2 lets us know that Olympia and Julian will be seen, stirring up some heavy drama as they will be seen arguing over how to parent correctly.
CBS’ description for Olympia and Julian’s fight over parenting issues reads like this, “Olympia and Julian disagree on a parenting matter.” Episode 2 was written by Jennie Snyder Urman, and it was directed by Kat Coiro.
Again, CBS’ press release confirmed that the next, new episode 2 of Matlock’s current, premiere season 1 is indeed scheduled to finally arrive tonight, October 17, 2024 in the 8 pm central standard time slot. It will also be available for streaming on Paramount+ (live and on demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs).
