New The Equalizer October 20 Season 5 Premiere Episode 1 Spoilers Revealed
Hey, “The Equalizer” fans. Welcome to the brand new season 5! That’s right, guys. It is finally time for the very first, premiere episode 1 of The Equalizer’s new season 5 to hit the air, and it’s doing it tonight, October 20, 2024. We’ve got some new spoiler scoops for it.
We were able to dig up a couple of new, official teaser descriptions for this new episode 1 via CBS’ official episode 1 press release synopsis. So, we’re going to dig into it and break it all down right now.
To start, there is an official title for this new episode 1. The writers decided to go with the name, “The Lost Ones” for this one. It sounds like episode 1 will feature some very intense, dramatic, action-filled, suspenseful, scandalous, interesting and emotional scenes as two siblings get into major trouble! Mel gets help and more.
The first spoiler teaser reveals that we’re going to see two siblings do some very scandalous activities by stealing a grocery truck that’s loaded with firearms, and they will certainly run into some heavy trouble with this task. Apparently, they’re going to get kidnapped. In response, McCall will be seen, racing against time in an effort to rescue the two siblings.
CBS’ official description for this kidnapped siblings plotline reads like this, “McCall races to rescue two siblings who run into trouble after stealing a grocery truck carrying firearms.” An alternate description tells us, “MCCALL RACES TO RESCUE TWO SIBLINGS WHO ARE KIDNAPPED AFTER UNWITTINGLY STEALING A GROCERY TRUCK FILLED WITH FIREARMS.”
The second and final teaser spoiler for this new episode 1 lets us know that Mel will be quite traumatized in the aftermath of getting kidnapped. So, we’ll see Delilah and Harry show up to give Mel a helping hand.
CBS’ description for Mel getting help from Harry and Delilah scenario reads like this, “Harry and Delilah help Mel through her trauma in the aftermath of her kidnapping.” Episode 1 was written by Joseph C. Wilson, and it was directed by Geoff Shotz.
Again, CBS’ press release confirmed that the new, premiere episode 1 of The Equalizer’s new season 5 is indeed scheduled to finally make its arrival on your TV screens tonight, October 20, 2024 in the 8:30 pm central standard time slot. It will also be available for streaming on Paramount+ (live and on demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs).
