New Masked Singer Season 13 Is Happening. FOX Renewed It. Premiere Date Revealed
Hey, “The Masked Singer” fans. We hope you guys totally enjoyed tonight’s episode 12, especially since it was indeed the finale episode of this current season 12 of The Masked Singer. That means the FOX people aren’t airing another new episode for quite some time.
On a much brighter note, it won’t be an excruciatingly long time before you see another new episode of The Masked Singer because we can officially confirm with you ,right now, that FOX did indeed renew it for a brand new season 13 with a premiere date set for February 12, 2025. So, certainly be sure to remember that very important date if you can.
According to a report from the folks over at Entertainment Weekly, the panelists: Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg, Rita Ora, Ken Jeong and Robin Thicke will all be back for the new season 13 along with host Nick Cannon.
Entertainment Weekly also reported that FOX released a new statement about season 13 stating, “Who said 13 was an unlucky number? Just when you think you’ve seen it all, season 13 of The Masked Singer is back with the luckiest, most fun season full of clues and special unmaskings with its all-new ‘Lucky 13’ theme.” Additionally, FOX revealed that a new character named Lucky Duck will appear in the new season 13.
According to the LIVE Nielsen ratings, The Masked Singer season 12 averaged 2.994 million LIVE viewers per episode, and a 0.45 ratings score for the 18-49 year old demographics. The most recent episode 11, which aired last Wednesday night, December 11, 2024, managed to draw in 3.118 million LIVE viewers, and a 0.40 ratings score.
The most-viewed episode was episode 11 with the 3.118 million LIVE viewers. The least-viewed episode was episode 4 with 2.180 million LIVE viewers.
The highest-rated episode was the premiere episode 1 with a 0.45 ratings score. The lowest-rated episodes were episodes 5, 8 and 10. They all tied for last place with a 0.34 ratings score.
