New General Hospital December 31 & January 1 Episodes Not New. They’re Repeats
Hey, “General Hospital” fans. Unfortunately, we have very bad things to tell you in this article. Here’s what’s going down. The ABC people have decided not to air any new episodes of General Hospital tomorrow afternoon, December 31, 2024, and Wednesday afternoon, January 1, 2025. We’re pretty sure this is probably due to the New Year holiday.
Whatever the case, You guys are not getting a new General Hospital episode from ABC until this Thursday afternoon, January 2, 2025. During that time, it will air in its usual, 1 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly be sure to remember that very important date and time if you can.
Also, we did track down what ABC is serving up in General Hospital’s place tomorrow and Wednesday afternoon. According to the TV Guide listings, CBS is going to air a couple of repeat episodes of General Hospital.
Tomorrow afternoon, December 31, 2024, ABC is re-airing the episode that originally aired way back on August 26, 2024. ABC’s official description for it reads like this, “Tracy is shaken. Laura embarks on a mission. Anna enlists Robert’s help. Jason hears Brennan out. Brook Lynn has an emotional talk with Chase.”
This Wednesday afternoon, January 1, 2025, ABC is going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on September 23, 2024. ABC’s official description for it reads like this, “Carly and Brennan have a loaded encounter. Portia is on edge. Terry defends her decision. Elizabeth voices her doubts. Curtis counsels TJ.”
If any of you guys happen to find those repeat episodes of General Hospital to be enticing at all, you might still want to tune into ABC during that time to catch them.
If you only want to see brand new episodes of General Hospital and nothing else, you will certainly want to make some alternate plans for tomorrow and Wednesday afternoon if you haven’t already.
Again, it’s been officially confirmed by the folks over at TV Guide that ABC is airing repeat episodes of General Hospital tomorrow and Wednesday afternoon, December 31, 2024 and January 1, 2025. New episodes will start back up again on Thursday afternoon, January 2, 2025 in the usual, 1 pm central standard time slot.
