Hey, “The Rookie” fans. Welcome to the brand new season 7! That’s right, guys. The ABC people are going to finally dish up the very first episode 1 of The Rookie’s new season 7 tonight, January 7, 2025, and we’ve got some new spoiler scoops for it in this article.
We were able to get a hold of an official teaser description for one of episode 1’s main storylines straight from the ABC people via their official episode 1 press release synopsis. So, we will certainly take a look at what it has to say right now. Let’s do it.
The first piece of information we have for this new episode 1 is the official title. The writers decided to go with the name, “The Shot” for this one.
It sounds like episode 1 will feature some very interesting, intense, dramatic, action-filled, suspenseful and scandalous scenes.
In this new episode 1, a hunt for dangerous prison inmates is the main focus of this one and only storyline that ABC chose to give up. Yep, it turns out that John and the team are going to welcome aboard a couple of new rookies at some point. Then, they will keep their intense search going to try and track down some very dangerous prison inmates who have managed to escape.
ABC’s official description for this new, premiere episode 1 of the Rookie’s new season 7 reads like this, “John and the team welcome two new rookies and continue the hunt for two dangerous inmates with very personal vendettas following their prison escape.”
Again, ABC’s press release confirmed that the new, premiere episode 1 of The Rookie’s new season 7 is indeed scheduled to finally make its way to the air tonight, January 7, 2025 in the 9 pm central standard time slot.
