Survivor February 26 Season 48 Premiere Episode To Feature First Challenge And More
CBS is scheduled to air the very first, premiere episode 1 of their long-running, hit, reality show Survivor season 48 tonight, February 26, 2025, and it will feature the new contestants getting hit with their first challenge and more.
According to CBS’ official episode 1 press release, this premiere episode is officially named/titled, “The Get to Know You Game.”
The preview intel from the press release is telling us that this new season will feature 18, brand new contestants showing up on the island of Fiji to compete for the grand prize of $1 million dollars.
Like most other seasons, they will immediately get their first challenge thrown at them. Wichever tribe wins it, gets awarded very important camp supplies. The contestants will also quickly make connections with whoeveris on their tribe.
CBS’ official description for this new episode 1 of Survivor season 48 reads like this, “Eighteen new castaways will be abandoned on the breathtaking islands of Fiji, where they must battle it out for the $1 million prize.
Tribes must claim victory in the first challenge of the season to earn essential camp supplies. Then, first impressions go a long way as tribemates quickly make connections and size each other up, on the two-hour season premiere of SURVIVOR.”
Again, CBS’ press release confirmed that the new, premiere episode 1 of Survivor’s new season 48 is scheduled to make its debut tonight, February 26, 2025 in the 7 pm central standard time slot.
It will also be available for streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs).* Jeff Probst serves as host and executive producer. Tonight’s episode is a 2-hour event. So, expect it to wrap up at 9 pm central standard time.
