New 20/20 February 28 Episode To Feature A Fatal Fall From A Cliff Scandal
ABC is scheduled to air another new episode of their hit news show 20/20 tonight, February 28, 2025,and it will feature a tragic story about a woman who plunged to her death by falling off a cliff and more. This episode is the 19th one for this season 47.
ABC’s official episode 19 press release information is telling us that this episode is officially titled,”Mountain Of Lies.”
In tonight’s new episode, the 20/20 team will take a deep look at a story about a Denver, Colorado woman named Toni Henthorn. She was an accomplished ophthalmologist with a seemingly perfect life. She had a thriving, private practice. However, when she and her husband Harold took a hiking trip at Rocky Mountain National Park to celebrate their 12th wedding anniversary, she ended up falling 160-feet to her death off of a cliff.
GMA3 co-anchor Eva Pilgrim handled the reporting duties for this episode and case. This episode will feature a special interview with Toni’s daughter Haley.
ABC’s official description for this new episode 19 of 20/20 season 47 reads like this, “Toni Henthorn was an accomplished ophthalmologist with a seemingly perfect life that included a loving husband and a beautiful 7-year-old daughter named Haley.
Toni and her family lived outside Denver, Colorado, where she had a thriving private practice. But when she and her husband Harold celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary with a hike in Rocky Mountain National Park, Toni fell to her death from a 160-foot cliff.

Again, ABC’s press release confirmed that another new episode of 20/20’s current season 47 is scheduled to hit the air tonight, February 28, 2025 in the 8 pm central standard time slot. It will be a 2-hour event. So, expect it to wrap up at 10 pm central standard time.
