New Elsbeth March 20 & 27 Episode 16 Delayed, Preempted. Not Airing For A While
It’s officially confirmed that the people over at CBS are not airing the next, new episode 16 of Elsbeth’s current season 2 tonight, March 20, 2025 and next Thursday night, March 27 due to some other TV business they have to take care.
According to an official episode 16 press release that CBS put out, they are scheduled to finally air the new episode 16 on Thursday night, April 3, 2025 in its usual, 9 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly be on the lookout for the new episode 16 to pop up on that important date.
We did look up what CBS is airing in place of a new Elsbeth episode tonight and next Thursday night. According to the TV Guide people, CBS is busy providing LIVE coverage for the 2025 NCAA Men’s College Basketball Tournament aka March Madness.
CBS’ official description for their March 20, 2025 LIVE coverage of the tournament reads like this, “2025 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. First Round: Omaha vs. St. John’s Live.
The No. 2 Red Storm face the Summit League champion No. 15 Mavericks in the NCAA Tournament’s first round. St. John’s head coach Rick Pitino sports a 54-21 March Madness record across 23 previous tournament appearances with five different programs.”
CBS’ official description for their March 27, 2025 LIVE coverage of the tournament reads like this,”2025 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. Regional Semifinal: Teams TBA Live. Men’s college basketball teams vie for the NCAA Tournament title.”
If any of you guys also happen to be college basketball fans, you might still want to tune into CBS tonight to catch their LIVE coverage. If that is not the case, and you just want a new episode of Elsbeth, you will certainly want to make alternate, Thursday night plans until the April 3, 2025 date arrives.
Again, CBS confirmed that the next, new episode 16 of Elsbeth’s current season 2 is scheduled to finally make its debut on Thursday night, April 3, 2025 in its usual, 9 pm central standard time slot.
