New Law & Order SVU March 27 Episode 17 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight
It’s officially confirmed that the people over at NBC are not going to air the next, new episode 17 of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit’s current season 26 tonight, March 27, 2025. We’re not sure why they decided to go this route, but they did fill us in on when they plan to air the new episode 17 via their official episode 17 press release information.
It’s telling us that NBC plans to finally air the new episode 17 next Thursday night, April 3, 2025. During that time, it will air in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly be on the lookout for the new episode 17 to pop up next week.
According to TV Guide, NBC is going to serve up a repeat episode of their new drama series Suits LA in Law & Order: SVU’s place tonight. They’re re-airing the 4th episode of its current season 1 titled, “Batman Returns.”
NBC’s official description for this repeat episode 4 of Suits LA season 1 reads like this, “Ted and Erica take on Samantha to save Lester’s movie, but the battle may hurt his murder trial. Rick enlists Stuart’s help when a difficult actor is arrested. In the past, the danger of going against a mob boss sends Ted to an old friend.”
If any of you guys happened to also be fans of Suits LA, you might still want to keep NBC on your primetime watchlist tonight to check it out. If you only want to see a new episode of Law & Order: SVU and nothing else, you will certainly want to make some other plans for tonight and check back next week.
Again, NBC confirmed that the next, new episode 17 of Law & Order: SVU’s current season 26 is scheduled to finally make its way to the air next Thursday night, April 3, 2025 in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot.
