New Dateline NBC March 28 Episode Delayed, Preempted. Not Airing Tonight
It’s officially confirmed that the people over at NBC are not going to air a new episode of their hit news show Dateline NBC tonight, March 28, 2025, due to some other TV obligations that they will be fulfilling.
We are hearing from the people over at TV Guide that NBC is scheduled to air the next, new episode of Dateline NBC as early as next Friday night, April 4, 2025. During that time, it will air in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly be on the lookout for another new episode of Dateline NBC to arrive next Friday night.
TV Guide also informed us that NBC isn’t airing a new episode of Dateline NBC tonight because they are providing LIVE coverage for a World Figure Skating Championships event.
NBC’s official description for their LIVE coverage of the World Figure Skating Championships event reads like this, “Women’s Free Skate. The women’s free skate competition. From TD Garden in Boston, Mass. Kaori Sakamoto is defending champ, while Isabeau Levito, Amber Glenn and Alysa Liu represent the U.S.”
If any of you guys happen to also be figure skating fans, you might still want to flip on NBC tonight to check out their LIVE coverage. If that is not the case, and you only want to see another new episode of Dateline NBC, you will certainly want to make some other plans for tonight and check back next week.
Again, it’s been confirmed by TV Guide that NBC is not airing a new episode of Dateline NBC tonight, March 28, 2025, but they are scheduled to air a new one next Friday night, April 4, 2025 in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot.
