New 48 Hours March 29 Episode To Feature A Serial Murder Attempt Survivor
CBS is scheduled to air another new episode of 48 Hours tonight, March 29, 2025, and it will feature an interview with a woman who survived a murder attempt from a serial killer and assaulter, and more. This episode is the 24th one for this current season 37.
According to CBS’ official episode 24 press release information, this episode is officially labeled/titled, “Dead Girls Don’t Talk.”
The preview information from the press release is telling us that the 48 Hours team is going to take a deep look at a story about a Los Angeles, California man named David Pearce. He was recently convicted of murdering two young women and sexually assaulting seven other women.
The 48 Hours team is going to talk exclusively with one of the survivors named Jackie in this episode.
48 Hours correspondent Jonathan Vigliotti handled the reporting duties for this episode and case. It features interviews with: One of the survivors, identified as “Jackie,” tells 48 HOURS, “I wouldn’t say ‘survivor.’ I’m a fighter. That’s what I am.” Detective Jonathan Vander Lee, West Bureau Homicide at LAPD, and Lieutenant Calvin You, LAPD Hollywood division.
CBS’ official description for this new episode 24 of 48 Hours season 37 reads like this, “A Los Angeles man, David Pearce, is awaiting sentencing after he was found guilty last month of murdering two young women and sexually assaulting seven others.
48 HOURS and correspondent Jonathan Vigliotti have been investigating this case for more than three years. He speaks exclusively with one survivor who is now bravely sharing her story.”
An alternate description reads like this, “PROSECUTORS SAY A MAN CONVICTED OF MURDER FOR POISONING TWO WOMEN SAID “DEAD GIRLS DON’T TALK” – BUT NOW BRAVE SURVIVORS ARE SPEAKING OUT FOR THEM.”
Again, CBS’ press release confirmed that the next, new episode 24 of 48 Hours’ current season 37 is scheduled to hit the air tonight, March 29, 2025 in the 9 pm central standard time slot. It will also be available for streaming on Paramount+.
