Happy Wednesday, Pretty Little Liars fans. We’ve got some super great news for you guys in this article. It turns out that the folks over at Freeform finally coughed up a premiere date for their new Pretty Little Liars spin off show “The Perfectionists.” We’ve been counting down the days, and it’s finally here! You guys can officially rejoice.
With no further ado, the “Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists” spin off show is scheduled to finally debut on Wednesday night, March 20, 2019 at approximately 7 pm central standard time. Additionally, Freeform also dropped a brand new preview clip for the show. The clip is about 1:46 seconds long, and it looks quite intense right from the jump!
In the clip, Alison is seen in the dark, turning on the light. It’s scored with some intense sounds. Then we hear a voice saying, “Is it ok to murder a murderer?” After that, Alison is seen staring out of a window. Again, we here a voice that says, “Murder can be justified.” Another voice says, “I have thought about him dying in a lot of different ways. People plan and God laughs.”
Next, we see some pretty intense scenes. Then a voice says, “We did terrible things. They got terrible things done to them.” After that, a series of scenes are shown that feature some very passionate moments and scary-looking moments.
Mona is seen looking shocked and frightened out of her mind by something she saw. So, it definitely looks like this Perfectionists spin off show will be quite intense. You guys can view the new preview clip I just talked about over on Youtube by Clicking Here.
A brief description for the “Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists” spin off reads like this, “Everything about the town of Beacon Heights seems perfect. From its top-tier college to its overachieving residents, but nothing in Beacon Heights is as it appears to be. When the high-stakes environment pushes the residents to a breaking point, someone snaps and kills someone. As they work together to solve the murder mystery, it soon becomes clear that behind every Perfectionist is a secret, a lie and a needed alibi.”
The Perfectionists has the same producer and writer as the original Pretty Little Liars series, which is I. Marlene King. It’s also based on a book series that was written by the same author as Pretty Little Liars, which is Sara Shepard.
