‘The Conners’ Season 2, November 5, 2019 Episode 6 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight
Hey, “The Conners” fans. We are coming at you with some very unfortunate news tonight. We’ve just learned that ABC will not be airing the new, 6th episode of your favorite show tonight, November 5, 2019. The good news is that this delay will only be for this week.
That means you guys can expect to see the new episode 6 of this current season 2 hit the airwaves next Tuesday night, November 12, 2019 at approximately 7 pm central standard time on ABC of course. So, be sure to mark down that very important date on your TV show calendars.
So, you might be asking yourself, “What is ABC airing instead of “The Conners” tonight? Well, according the TV Guide listings,ABC is airing a huge Disney special for the Little Mermaid. It’s called, “THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF DISNEY PRESENTS THE LITTLE MERMAID LIVE!”
This make sense because ABC is owned by Disney after all. ABC’s official description for this Disney special reads like this, “Celebrating its 30th Anniversary of the beloved Disney film, comes live musical event of the Little Mermaid.
Its timeless music will take viewers on a magical adventure under the sea as live musical performances by a star-studded cast will be interwoven into the broadcast of the original feature film.”
If you guys think this Disney special will be of interest to you, you’ll still probably want to tune in to ABC tonight. If you have no interest in watching this Disney special, you will most definitely want to find something else to do or watch because this thing is taking up two hours of ABC’s primetime spots tonight!
We do have a tad bit of good news. ABC did serve up an official press release and preview photos for episode 6. They do contain spoiler teasers. If you don’t like spoiler teasers, it’s highly suggested that you exit this article right now.
If you don’t mind spoiler teasers,by all means please keep reading this article. Now that we’ve gotten our spoiler warning out of the way, let’s go over this episode 6 press release. For starters, it reveals that episode 6 is titled, “Tempest in a Stew Pot.”
In the new episode 6, Jackie and Becky will run their business plan by Darlene in an effort to get the Lunch Box back. Unfortunately, Darlene is going to make a decision that causes much hostility between all of them!
Elsewhere, we will see Dan cause a major falling out with Harris when he decides to ban Odessa from the house!
Then Mark will go overboard in this episode as he makes a ton of Thanksgiving plans that will most likely have no other path but to fall by the waste side.
ABC’s official description for episode 6 reads like this,”Jackie and Becky pitch their business plan to Darlene in hopes of getting the Lunch Box back, but Darlene’s decision leads to hostility among the three.
Meanwhile, Dan bans Odessa from the house, causing a rift with Harris; and Mark makes extensive Thanksgiving plans that may inevitably fall apart.”
The new preview photos for episode 6 feature Becky in a couple of scenes. She appears to be in a very good mood in them. She’s smiling and what not. Harris is spotted in a few of the snap shots. She appears to be pretty serious in them.
Darlene and Jackie are seen in the photos. There’s some photos of Dan. Mark is seen in a couple of the pictures. So, it looks like they’ve got most everybody in these. You guys can view all the preview photos for episode 6 over on Spoiler TV’s site by Clicking Here.
Episode 6 will feature guest stars: Estelle Parsons as character Bev and Eliza Bennett as character Odessa.
The season regulars that will be featured in episode 6 are: John Goodman as character Dan Conner, Laurie Metcalf as character Jackie Harris, Sara Gilbert as character Darlene Conner, Lecy Goranson as character Becky Conner-Healy, Michael Fishman as character D.J. Conner, Emma Kenney as character Harris Conner-Healy, Ames McNamara as character Mark Conner-Healy and Jayden Rey as character Mary Conner.
Episode 6 was written by Sid Youngers, and it was directed by Fred Savage. Again, ABC’s press release confirmed that episode 6 is scheduled to air next Tuesday night, November 12, 2019 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
