FBI Season 5 March 21, 2023 Episode 17 Delayed. Not Airing For A While
Hey, “FBI” fans. Unfortunately, we’ve got some really bad news to drop on you in this article. I turns out that your favorite CBS show FBI is in the midst of being delayed for 2 straight weeks! That’s right, guys. It means CBS will not be airing the next, new episode 17 of FBI’s current season 5 tonight, March 21, 2023 and next Tuesday night, March 28, 2023.
According to CBS’ official episode 17 press release, CBS plans to finally air the new episode 17 on Tuesday night, April 4, 2023 in its usual, 7 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly try to remember that very important date and time if you can.
So, here is what CBS will be serving up in place of new FBI episodes over this 2-week delay period. According to the TV guide listings, CBS is just going to pitch out a couple of FBI reruns to fill that vacant time slot. Tonight, they’re re-airing the 6th episode of this season 5 titled, “Double Bind.”
CBS’ official description for this repeat episode 6 of FBI season 5 reads like this, “As the team works to rescue a 5-year-old kidnapping victim, Scola suspects the boy’s mother isn’t being forthcoming about why her son was targeted. Nina struggles to open up to Scola about matters in their relationship.”
Next Tuesday night, March 28, 2023, CBS is going to re-air the 78th episode of this season 5 titled, “Ready or Not.” CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “Maggie returns from medical leave and helps the team investigate two homicides: a law student and a young man with possible gang ties. An inadvertent revelation from Maggie causes OA to worry that she is rushing back into the job too quickly.”
If any of you guys have any desire to watch these repeat episodes, or if you missed them the first time around, you might still want to stick with CBS tonight and next Tuesday night. If you only want to see new episodes of FBI, you will certainly want to get some other plans lined up for this 2-week delay period.
Spoiler Warning: We did get a hold of an official teaser description for the next, new episode 17 of FBI’s current season 5 via CBS’ official episode 17 press release. It revealed that this new episode 17 is officially titled, “Imminent Threat – Part Two.”
CBS’ official description for episode 17 reads like this, “To aid Scola in his undercover mission to find the terrorists believed to be behind the imminent attack in New York City, Maggie calls in Remy (FBI: MOST WANTED series star Dylan McDermott), whose well-connected informant from a prior case may be key to moving the operation forward in hour two of the three-episode FBIs global crossover event on the CBS Original series FBI.”
Again, CBS confirmed that the next, new episode 17 of FBI’s current season 5 is scheduled to finally make its way to the air on Tuesday night, April 4,2023 at approximately 7 pm central standard time. It will also be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
