New Dateline NBC June 16, 2023 Episode Delayed. Not Airing Tonight
Hey, “Dateline NBC” fans. Unfortunately, we don’t have good news for you in this article. Yep, it turns out that the folks over at NBC are not airing a new episode of Dateline NBC tonight, June 16, 2023. That’s right, guys. NBC has some other priorities that they will be fulfilling in their 8 pm central standard primetime slot tonight. So, you’re going to have to wait until next Friday night to get another new episode of Dateline NBC.
So, here’s the deal. The 2023 U.S. Open Golf Championships are currently taking place. So, NBC will be devoting LIVE coverage to this event tonight. According to the TV guide listings, it’s the second round of the tournament, and NBC’s official description for their LIVE coverage of the 2023 U.S. Open Golf Championships reads like this, “2023 U.S. Open Golf Championship. Second Round LIVE.
The second round of the U.S. Open gets underway. Nick Taylor stole the PGA Tour spotlight last week in Toronto, becoming the first Canadian golfer since 1954 to win the Canadian Open with a miraculous 72-foot eagle putt on the fourth playoff hole.”
If any of you guys happen to be golf fans as well, you might still want to flip over to NBC tonight during that time to check out this big, golf tournament. If you’re not a golf fan and have absolutely no desire to watch the 2023 U.S. Open Golf Championships, you will certainly want to get something else lined up for tonight during that time.
On a much brighter note, we can tell you that NBC is scheduled to air another new episode of Dateline NBC next Friday night, June 23, 2023 in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot. We’ll be back with an official press release description for that episode next week. So, look out for that.
Again, Dateline NBC is not airing tonight, June 16, 2023 due to NBC’s LIVE coverage of the 2023 U.S. Open Golf Championships, but Dateline NBC will be back with another brand new episode next Friday night, June 23, 2023.
