Big Brother August 20, 2023 Power Of Veto Winner Revealed (Spoilers)
Hey, “Big Brother” fans. Happy Sunday. We hope your weekend is going well. We’ve got a very important report/update for you guys from inside the Big Brother season 25 house. The POV (Power Of Veto) competition was played yesterday afternoon, August 19, 2023, and we’re going to tell you who won it in this report along with so many other developments.
Before we tell you who won the POV, we’re going to run a quick recap of this week so far to make sure everyone is up to speed on everything. This past Thursday night, August 17, 2023, Felicia won the HOH (Head Of Household) competition to become the new HOH this week. Then, on Friday, August 18, 2023, she threw Cameron and Jag on the eviction chopping block during her nomination ceremony with a much deeper plan to backdoor Hisam. That all leads us to yesterday’s POV competition.
During this POV competition, Felicia and her two nominees Jag and Cameron played for the veto by default. Cory, Izzy and Red were picked to play for it by a random drawing. After it was all played and done, it was Jag who emerged as the winner. That’s right, guys. Jag won. So, we’re as close to 100 percent sure as we can get to knowing that Jag will surely use the veto to pull himself off the block during the POV ceremony, which is scheduled to happen tomorrow, August 21, 2023 sometime.
When Jag does take himself off the block, it looks like Felicia’s plan to backdoor Hisam should go off without a hitch. We’ll have to wait and see to be absolutely sure, but it certainly looks like that’s what’s going to happen.
At around 4:50 pm pacific standard time yesterday, August 19, 2023 on the LIVE feeds, Felicia told Cirie that she told Matt, “It may look like I’m going for you, but Hisam is really my target.”
At around 5:20 pm, Felicia told Bowie Jane, Jared, Matt, Izzy and Cirie, “I still plan to renom Hisam.” Later on in the day, a possible flip of the Hisam backdoor plan was starting to get discussed. Apparently, Izzy expressed concern that if they backdoor Hisam, their group will be outnumberd 7-5 by the other side of the house.
At around 8:15 pm these fears caused Felicia to change her mind about backdooring Hisam saying,”We need to keep him.” After that, they started flipping back and forth through a couple of other names to target. The started throwing out Mecole, Bowie Jane, Red, America and Blue’s names for a possible renom.
At around 11:05 pm, Felicia was seen telling Bowie, Cirie and Cory that she plans to put up America as a replacement nominee. Cory and Jared disagreed with Felicia’s new plan, and about 15 minutes later, the plan shifted back to backdooring Hisam yet again with Felicia saying, “We’ll backdoor Hisam after all.” They plan to bring Cameron and Red into their group so that they will not be outnumbered by the other side of the house when they get Hisam out.
At around 1:00 AM today, August 20, 2023, Cirie was seen telling Izzy, “We’re too far down this path to backdoor Hisam to change now, and Hisam will find out the whole house was against him if he stays.”
So, judging from those live feed conversations, it appears that the plan to backdoor Hisam is still going to happen, but we will definitely have to wait until the POV ceremony wraps up tomorrow to know for sure after all of that flipping that took place yesterday. My goodness. These people change plans by the second.
