Power Book III Raising Kanan Season 3 February 9, 2024 Episode 10 Is The Finale. Season 4 Is Happening
Hey, “Power Book III: Raising Kanan” fans. We hope you guys totally savored every moment of tonight’s episode 10, especially since it was indeed the very last episode of Power Book III: Raising Kanan’s current season 3. That means you guys will have to wait quite a while to see another new episode.
However, that is the good news. We can officially confirm with you guys, right now, that you will get to see another new episode in the future because STARZ did renew it for a brand new season 4. In fact, they did it quite early according to the folks over at Deadline.com. Apparently, STARZ was so confident in the show that they renewed it for the new season 4 way back in November 2023 before season 3 even began airing.
Production has already started for season 4, but again, it will be a while before you get to see it because our sources over at Trakt.tv are telling us that season 4 isn’t due to premiere until March 10, 2025. Yep, that’s literally over a year from now. Sometimes, these premiere dates can change, but that’s what it is right now.
During the season 4 renewal announcement, Kathryn Busby who is the President of Original Programming for STARZ had some very positive things to say about this show stating, “We’re thrilled to continue Kanan Stark’s story, and for fans to see how the events of his formative adolescent years continue to mold him into the cold-hearted villain they were first introduced to in Power.
We are quite sure that after viewers see the battle lines being drawn between Raq and Kanan on this epic upcoming third season that they will demand more,” said Kathryn Busby, President of Original Programming for Starz.”
According to the LIVE Nielsen ratings, Power Book III: Raising Kanan season 3 averaged 230,000 LIVE viewers per episode, and a 0.06 ratings score for the 18-49 year old demographics. The most recent episode 9, which aired last Friday night, February 2, 2024, managed to draw in 321,000 LIVE viewers, and a 0.09 ratings score.
The most-viewed episode was episode 9 with the 321,000 LIVE viewers. The least-viewed episode was episode 2 with 190,000 LIVE viewers. The highest-rated episode was episode 9 with the 0.09 ratings score. The lowest-rated episode was episode 2 with a 0.03 ratings score. Those numbers probably doubled or tripled with the streaming numbers added to the mix.
