Tonight’s new episode will be the 18th installment of 48 Hours’ current season 37, and we’ve got some new preview information for it.
CBS put out an official press release for tonight’s new, February 10, 2024 episode 18. So, we will certainly dig into it for this preview session . Let’s get to it.
For starters, we’ve got an official title for this new episode 18 of 48 Hours season 37. It’s called, “Justice for Amie Harwick.”
In tonight’s new, February 10, 2024 episode 18, the 48 Hours team will take a deep look at a story about a Los Angeles, California woman named Amie Harwick. She was a prominent Los Angeles therapist before she was murdered back on February 15, 2020. The 48 Hours team will talk with the man who tried to save her life,and he will open up about what exactly happened.
The man who tried to save her life was her roommate Michael Herman. He had just woken up and heard screaming as Amie was being attacked and choked. He couldn’t find his phone. So, he ran and got a phone from someone in the street.
Eventually, the police arrived and found Amie severely injured under her 3rd story balcony. They found signs of a struggle. Her purse, jacket and broken necklace were on the floor. They found a weird clue on the balcony. It was a syringe that was filled with a mystery yellowish-brown substance. There was no sign of Amie’s attacker. The investigator found evidence that there was an intruder along with a shattered window of a French door. Amie eventually died at the hospital. Correspondent Erin Moriarty handled the reporting duties for this episode and case.
CBS’ official description for tonight’s new, February 10, 2024 episode 18 of 48 Hours season 37 reads like this, “It’s been almost four years since prominent L.A. therapist Amie Harwick was murdered on Feb. 15, 2020. For the first time, the man who tried to save her opens up about what happened. Correspondent Erin Moriarty reports on the case in 48 HOURS: “Justice for Amie Harwick.”

CBS’ press release confirmed that the next, new episode 18 of 48 Hours’ current season 37 is indeed scheduled to show up on the air tonight, February 10, 2024, starting at approximately 9 pm central standard time. It will also be available for streaming on Paramount+. This will be a 1-hour event. So, expect it to wrap up at 10 pm central standard time.
