For starters, CBS let us know that this new episode 26 of 48 Hours season 37 is officially named/titled, “The Disappearance of Maddi Kingsbury.”
In tonight’s new episode 26, the 48 Hours team will take a deep look at a story about a 26 year old, Winona, Minnesota woman named Madeline “Maddi” Kingsbury. She was a mother of two children who went missing all of a sudden.
In response, her sister went on the very popular social media app TikTok to plead with everyone on there to help her track down her missing sister’s whereabouts. American new reporter Peter Van Sant handled the reporting duties for this episode and case.
CBS’ official description for tonight’s new, April 13, 2024 episode 26 of 48 Hours season 37 reads like this, “When a 26-year-old mother of two, Madeline “Maddi” Kingsbury, from Winona, Minn., went missing, her distraught sister headed to TikTok and pleaded with the public to help find her. For 68 days, Megan Kingsbury documented her sister’s disappearance. Peter Van Sant reports in 48 HOURS: “The Disappearance of Maddi Kingsbury.”
An alternate description tells us, “WHEN A YOUNG MINNESOTA MOTHER GOES MISSING, HER SISTER TURNS TO TIKTOK FOR HELP.”
CBS’ press release confirmed that the next, new episode 26 of 48 Hours’ current season 37 is indeed scheduled to make its debut tonight, April 13, 2024, starting at approximately 9 pm central standard time. It will also be available for streaming on Paramount+. This episode will be a 1-hour event. So, expect it to wrap up at 10 pm central standard time.
