New SWAT Season 7, May 17, 2024 Finale Episode 13 Spoilers Revealed
Hey, “S.W.A.T.” fans. We’re back to give you guys some spoilery insight into how SWAT is going to wrap up its current season 7 tonight, May 17, 2024. That’s right, guys. CBS cut this season short due to the long , Hollywood strikes that took place last year. All the other CBS shows got the same treatment.
Anyways, we were able to gather up 2, new, official teaser spoilers for this new episode 13 straight from CBS via their official episode 13 press release synopsis. So, we’re going to break it down right now. Let’s go.
First thing’s first. CBS gave us the official title for this new episode 13 of SWAT season 7. The writers decided to name this one, “Twenty Squad.” It sounds like episode 13 will feature some more very scandalous, intense, dramatic, action-filled, suspenseful, interesting and emotional scenes as an attempt to blow up Los Angeles gets plotted. Hondo is feeling upset and more.
The first spoiler scoop reveals that a very violent group of extremists will be on the scene in this episode, and they will be looking to dish out some vengeance with a horrific plot to blow up half of Los Angeles! Of course, the SWAT team will get to work on this case at some point.
CBS’ official description for this deadly revenge plot storyline reads like this, “SWAT faces their deadliest adversary yet when a violent cell of extremists looks to extract vengeance by blowing up half of Los Angeles, potentially killing thousands.”
The second and last teaser description for this new episode 13 lets us know that Hondo will be in the midst of feeling some type of really bad way about his community expressing outrage against him. Hondo will feel so upset about it that he will start questioning whether or not he can still lead the 20-Squad. This issue with Hondo will also cause fear and doubt to arise about him possibly not being able to pull the team together in time to rescue the city.
CBS’ description for Hondo’s current anger issues with the community scenario reads like this, “Still reeling from the anger and outrage directed at him by his own community, Hondo questions if he still has what it takes to lead 20-Squad, adding to the fear that he won’t be able to pull the team together in time to save the city.” Episode 13 was written by Matthew T. Brown & Daniela Labi, and it was directed by Billy Gierhart.
CBS’ press release confirmed that the next, new, finale episode 13 of SWAT’s current season 7 is indeed scheduled to hit the air tonight, May 17, 2024, starting at approximately 7 pm central standard time. It will also be available for streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs).
