New Fire Country Season 3 Premiere Date Revealed By CBS. Plus New Spoilers
Hey, “Fire Country” fans. We’re back on here to let you know when you can expect to see the brand new season 3 of Fire Country finally arrive. Not too long ago, CBS did announce that very important information. So, we’re going to get into it right now.
According to the folks over at TV Guide.com and a couple of other sources, you guys can expect to see the new season 3 of Fire Country to finally premiere on Friday night, October 18, 2024. It’s going to keep its same 8 pm central standard time slot. So, you guys will not have to switch up your schedules to watch it.
Currently, we’re not sure how many episodes will be shown for season 3, but given its early Fall start date, we’re guessing it will get close to a full season order at the very least. The last season 2 only got half a season due to the actors and writers strikes of 2023.
We also dug up a couple of spoilery details for the new season 3. Apparently, TV guide interviewed the Fire Country’s showrunner Tia Napolitano, and she revealed that one of the storylines is going to follow Bode’s journey to becoming a full-fledged firefighter. We’re also going to see Bode get to do a lot of other things we haven’t seem him do since he’s out of prison.
Tia stated, “Bode can have a lot more fun. He can have some joy at Smokey’s and go to Jake’s apartment and do things that a normal 30-year-old man can do. It’ll feel very refreshing and a breath of fresh air because Bode hasn’t been able to do those things for basically our entire show.”
Tia also revealed that season 3 is going to still show more of the inmates on call along with what they get to learn and their connection to 42 stating, “We will continue to see the inmates on calls. These programs are always sort of in question. What does it mean to work there? What are inmates getting to learn? We’ll see their connection to 42. It’ll still be part of the show’s DNA, but we might tweak it a little bit.”
Additionally, TV Guide revealed that a new character named Camden is going to show up in season 3 for a 3-episode arc. He’s described as being “a SoCal firefighter and maverick with a surfer swagger who is a force to be reckoned with and immediately recognizes Bode’s raw talent.” Camden will be played by former Supernatural Sam star Jared Padalecki.
Again, expect to see the new season 3 of Fire Country to make it’s debut on Friday night, October 18, 2024 in the 8 pm central standard time slot. It will also be available for streaming on Paramount+ the next day.
