New The Summit October 9 Episode 2 Preview Reveals A Shocking Twist And More
Hey, “The Summit” fans. We’re on here with a new preview session for CBS’ new reality series. In this one, we’re going to see what is happening in the next, new episode 2 of this current, premiere season 1, which is scheduled to hit your TV screens tonight, October 9, 2024.
The very kind CBS people gave us an official press release for this new episode 2. So, that’s what we’ll be working with as a source for this preview session. Let’s get into it.
First thing’s first, CBS let us know that this new episode 2 is officially labeled/titled, “Hard Choices Must Be Made.” In tonight’s new episode 2, you guys are going to see a startling twist take place at some point, and it will cause a switch-up in people’s game plans.
The contestants will get hit with a challenge that requires them to cross a rickety bridge. Also, the Mountain’s Keeper is going to show up on the scene and cause them to have to make a shocking decision, and this decision will cause one of the contestant’s fate to be in serious jeopardy.
CBS’ official description for tonight’s new episode 2 of The Summit season 1 reads like this, “After an unexpected twist reverberates throughout the group, game plans shift as they begin to tackle harder terrain. While the trekkers are challenged with crossing an extremely rickety bridge, emotions surge as the Mountain’s Keeper arrives with a shocking choice for the trekkers to make, leaving one person’s fate hanging by a thread on THE SUMMIT.”
An alternate description tells us, “A SHOCKING TWIST FROM THE MOUNTAIN’S KEEPER LEAVES ONE TREKKER’S FATE HANGING BY A THREAD.”
Again, CBS’ press release confirmed that the next, new episode 2 of The Summit’s current, premiere season 1 is indeed scheduled to hit the air tonight, October 9, 2024 in the 8:30 pm central standard time slot. it will also be available for streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs. Manu Bennett serves as host. This episode will be a 90-minute event. So, expect it to wrap up at 10 pm central standard time.
