New 48 Hours October 19 Episode Preview Reveals A Motel Murder And More
Hey, “48 Hours” fans. We’re back with another new preview session for you guys. In this one, we’re going to see what is coming up in the next, new episode 5 of this current season 37, which is due to hit your TV sets tonight, October 19, 2024.
We were able to get a hold of an official press release for tonight’s new episode 5 straight from the CBS people. So, we will certainly pull it up for this preview session. Let’s get to it.
The first thing we have for this new episode 5 is the official title. It’s called, “Who Killed Aileen Seiden in Room 15?” In tonight’s new episode 5, the 48 Hours team is going to take a deep look at a story about a woman named Aileem Seiden.
Back in April of 2018, her dead body was found dumped near a highway over in Florida. The investigators who worked this case, found a bloody motel room close to where the body was discovered. So, they worked to try and figure out if the bloody hotel room was connected to Aileen’s death. Correspondent Peter Van Sant handled the reporting duties for this episode and case.
CBS’ official description for this new episode 5 of 48 Hours season 37 reads like this, “In April 2018, in the Florida Gulf Coast town of Eastpoint, a killer had struck. Aileen Seiden’s beaten body was found dumped near a highway.
The next day, a bloody motel room was discovered nearby. The back-to-back scenes prompted investigators to see if the two were connected. Correspondent Peter Van Sant and 48 HOURS reveal what they learned: that Seiden’s unconventional relationship held the answers. The all-new episode, “Who Killed Aileen Seiden in Room 15?”

Again, CBS’ press release confirmed that the next, new episode 5 of 48 Hours’ current season 37 is indeed scheduled to hit the air tonight, October 19, 2024 in the 9 pm central standard time slot. It will also be available for streaming on Paramount+. It will be a one-hour event. So, expect it to wrap up at 9 pm central standard time.
