New The Summit October 30 Episode Preview Reveals Major Consequences And More
Hey, “The Summit” fans. We’re back in your faces with another new preview session for CBS’ new reality series. In this one, we’re going to talk about what is going down in the next, new episode 5 of this current, premiere season 1, which is due out tonight, October 30, 2024.
The CBS people put out an official press release for tonight’s new episode 5. So, we’re going to certainly dive into it for this preview session. Let’s get into it.
The first thing we have for this new episode 5 is the official title. It’s called, “Succeed Together, Fail Alone.” In tonight’s new episode 5, you guys are going to see the contestants reach the halfway point of their journey to the snow line.
There will be some sort of divide that takes place within the group at some point. They will end up having to rappel down a 500-foot vertical rock face and realize they broke a rule that will give them some consequences that will change the game.
CBS’ official description for tonight’s new episode 5 of The Summit season 1 reads like this, “As the trekkers hit the halfway mark on their journey and venture toward the snow line, a divide in pace emerges within the group.
After a daunting rappelling obstacle down a 500-foot vertical rock face, the group learns that they have broken a fundamental rule of THE SUMMIT – that the group must travel together at all times – and having ignored the Mountain’s Keeper’s repeated warnings, must endure the game-changing consequences on THE SUMMIT.”
Again, CBS’ press release confirmed that the next, new episode 5 of The Summit’s current, premiere season 1 is indeed scheduled to hit the air tonight, October 30, 2024 in the 8:30 pm central standard time slot. It will also be available for streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs). Tonight’s new episode will be a 90-minute event. So, expect it to wrap up at 10 pm central standard time.
