New The Summit November 27 Episode Preview Reveals Daunting Chasm Challenge & More
Hey, “The Summit” fans. We’re back with another new preview session. In this one, we’re going to tell you what’s going on in the next, new episode 9 of this current, premiere season 1, which is due to air tonight, November 27, 2024.
CBS put out an official press release for this new episode 9. So, we’re going to certainly see what it has to say for this preview session. Let’s get to it.
To start, we have an official title for this new episode 9. It’s called, “The Final Checkpoint.” In tonight’s new episode 9, you guys are going to see the remaining contestants finish up their journey after a storm forced them to evacuate to a lower elevation.
When they do, their next challenge will be a daunting chasm called, “King’s Leap.” During it, they will have to pull themselves to the other side by using a single rope to arrive at their final checkpoint. After all of that, the Mountain’s Keeper will show up to surprise the group with a bag drop, which leaves everyone reinvigorated to make it to the summit. However, some strong alliances will get called into question at some point.
CBS’ official description for this new episode 9 of The Summit season 1 reads like this, “As the group resumes their journey after a storm forced them to evacuate to lower elevation, they face a daunting chasm known as King’s Leap, which they must cross by pulling themselves to the other side using a single rope to arrive at their final checkpoint.
When the Mountain’s Keeper surprises the group with a bag drop that leaves everyone reinvigorated in their goal to make it to the summit, some of the strongest alliance loyalties are called into question on THE SUMMIT.”
An alternate description tells us, “THE TREKKERS FACE A DAUNTING OBSTACLE AS THEY ATTEMPT TO REACH THEIR FINAL CHECKPOINT ON “THE SUMMIT,” WEDNESDAY, NOV. 27.”
CBS’ press release confirmed that the next, new episode 9 of The Summit’s current, premiere season 1 is indeed scheduled to hit the air tonight, November 27, 2024 in the 8:30 pm central standard time slot.
It will also be available for streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs)*. Manu Bennett serves as host. Tonight’s new episode will be just a 1-hour event. So, expect it to wrap up at 9:30 pm central standard time.
