Hey, “The Rookie” fans. We’re back on here to deliver up another new set of spoiler scoops for The Rookie’s brand new season 7. In this one, we’ve got new details for what you can expect to see play out in the next, new episode 2, which is due to hit your TV sets tonight, January 14, 2025.
We were able to collect a total of three, new official teaser descriptions for this new episode 2 via ABC’s official episode 2 press release synopsis. So, we will certainly crack those open right now. Let’s go.
For starters, ABC let us know that this new episode 2 does have an official title attached to it. The writers decided to name this one, “The Watcher.”
It sounds like episode 2 will feature some very interesting, intense, action-filled, suspenseful, scandalous and dramatic scenes as a hunt for a vigilante happens. Somebody’s instincts get tested. Secrets get discovered and more.
The first spoiler teaser lets us know that a local vigilante will be out on the loose in this episode. So, we’ll see the team jump into action to try and hunt down this vigilante. During their hunt, they will also have to do some community policing.
ABC’s official description for the team’s hunt for a vigilante plotline tells us, “The team is tasked with community policing while hunting for a local vigilante.”
The second spoiler scoop reveals that Celina will get some new screen time at some point. During her latest scene, she will end up getting her instincts put to a test.

The 3rd and final teaser description for this new episode 2 lets us know that Tim and Lucy will be in action at some point. In this particular moment, they will end up, stumbling upon some secrets about two of the new rookies.

Again, ABC’ press release confirmed that another new episode of The Rookie’s current season 7 is indeed scheduled to show up on your TV sets tonight, January 14, 2025 in the 9 pm central standard time slot.
