Amazing Race New Season 39 Already Filmed. Looks Like It’s Happening

According to a recent report from the people over at Reality Blurred and their sources, the new season 39 of CBS’ “The Amazing Race” has already finished up filming. So, it certainly looks like it is going to air at some point.

The reason why I say, “It looks like it will air” is because CBS hasn’t officially announced a renewal of a new season 39 as of yet according to the people over TVSeriesfinale.

However, we’re guessing that since CBS already paid The Amazing Race to film another new season, it’s highly likely that we’ll get that official, renewal announcement from CBS at some point in the future.

Reality Blurred went on to explain that The Amazing Race’s new season 39 completed filming back on October 17, 2025. Also, the host Phil Keoghan posted a video from the season 39 starting line in late November 2025. They’re also saying that they have spoilers of which teams got eliminated and everything on a different channel of theirs.

They explained the route that season 39 took, saying that they took a more around-the-world route by traveling from British Columbia to Hawaii. However, season 39 will be the very first season to not visit the United States mainland.

The season 39 teams started their race on September 22, 2025 over in Vancouver, Canada and they ended it in Honolulu, HI. They included some of the other major cities they visited. They are: Madrid, Spain, Marrakech, Morocco, Tirana, Albania, Colombo, Sri Lanka, Vientiane, Laos, Melbourne, Australia, and Christchurch, New Zealand.

Again, CBS hasn’t officially announced the season 39 renewal, but we’re assuming it’s gonna happen at some point since season 39 did actually film and complete the race already.
