Big Brother August 17 POV Ceremony Threw Kamu On The Block & More (Spoilers)

Earlier today, August 17, 2026, the POV (Power Of Veto) ceremony took place for Big Brother’s current season 28, and we’ve got the very shocking results for it in this article. As we previously reported, Yash became the new HOH this week.

He went onto nominate Angela, Dee and Haley for eviction. Then, Yash doubled down on his wins by claiming the POV competition win. That all brings us to today’s POV ceremony event. During it, a lot certainly took place because Devens had that Diamond Power Of Veto, and oh my gosh, did he use it.

First, Yash revealed that he was not using his veto to change his nominations. Then, Devens stepped up to the plate with his Diamond veto to reveal that he certainly is using his. He used it to take Dee off the chopping block. Then, he used the back half of that power to name his own replacement nominee, which turned out to be Kamu!

That’s right, guys. That means Kamu is now sitting on the eviction chopping block with Angela and Haley as the final nominees for eviction this week, and one of them will get voted out the house during this Thursday night’s LIVE eviction episode.

At this point, we’re not sure who the main target is. We know it was Angela for Yash, but Devens put Kamu up there for a reason, and we’re pretty sure it’s not for him to stick around and get revenge. So, this week could get very interesting.

Plus, the BB Blockbuster safety challenge can change a lot of things this Thursday night. We’ll see a more clearer picture of who the house wants out by the time this Thursday rolls around.
