In their new music video (below) for the lead single,”Always Strapped” off Birdman’s fourth studio album which is also entitled, “Always Strapped.” The song was released a couple of months ago on iTunes,and it features Lil Wayne and Mack Maine. It was produced by Mr. Beatz and Lil’ C.
The “Always Strapped” music video first premiered on MTV Jams,Sucker Free Sunday,and MTV.com on June 14. Birdman and Lil Wayne rap their verses in the video, which also includes a special verse by Mack Maine.
“Always Strapped” has currently peaked at # 54 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts, #10 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs,and # 5 on the Billboard Hot Rap Tracks. It’s got a funky beat, nice lyrics,and a dope chorus.
