Deadliest Catch Captain Phil Harris died today from stroke complications. According to TMZ, Captain Phil Harris from Discovery Channel’s “Deadliest Catch” show died earlier this morning from complications with a stroke he had. They say Phil Harris was hospitalized a few weeks ago after suffering a stroke while unloading crabs,and he was doing better until he took a sudden turn. He died in a hospital located in Alaska. He was 53 years old.
Captain Harris’ kids named Jake and Josh stated, “It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our dad, Captain Phil Harris. Dad has always been a fighter and continued to be until the end. For us and the crew, he was someone who never backed down. We will remember and celebrate that strength.
