Survivor 31 Jeremy Collins Won The Entire Thing Tonight,December 16th
Tonight’s finale show, kicked off with conversation footage and a recap of the season leading up to tonight. Kimmi said, she’s looking to join Keith and Kelley in a scheme to blindside her allies. Then they showed immunity challenge footage. it was another obstacle course and puzzle. Spencer pulled out the victory for immunity as he’s great at solving puzzles.
Jeremy’s name came up for elimination, along with Kimmi and Keith. Then there was a lot of back and forth talk about splitting the votes. At tribal council, everyone talked game for a bit before casting their votes.
Kelly and Jeremy decided to play their immunity idols, so no votes against them counted. Jeremy ended up getting 3 votes and Kelly got 3 votes. Again, none of their votes counted. So, for the first time in history, they had a situation where no one was voted off.
They had to re-vote. However, they could only vote for either Kimmi, Keith, or Tasha. Kimmi got 3 votes and Tasha got 3 votes. So, Kelly, Keith, Spencer, and Jeremy had to come to a unanimous decision to get rid of either Kimmi or Tasha, and they ultimately chose to vote off Kimmi in one of the craziest tribal councils ever!
After all that madness, they immediately did another immunity challenge. It was another obstacle and puzzle challenge. It came down to Keith and Kelly, and Kelly won it for immunity!
Kelley made a fake idol for Keith to hopefully keep him in the game. Keith’s name was brought up for elimination, along with Spencer. At tribal council, everyone talked game for a bit before casting their votes. Spencer got 2 votes and Keith got 3 votes. So, with 3 votes, Keith bit the dust.
Next, they showed the final immunity challenge. In the challenge, they had to drop balls down a swirling maze and catch them at the exit, continuously adding more balls to make it even more difficult. If they dropped a ball, they were out. They also had to do this with one arm tied behind their back. It came down to Jeremy and Spencer, and Jeremy pulled it out to guarantee his spot in the final three!
Next, they just showed footage of Jeremy trying to decide who he was going to take to final 3. Kelly tried to hard to convince him to take her. At tribal council, everyone talked game for a bit before casting their votes. Spencer and Kelly went at each other. Spencer made a very compelling argument that he would do everything to make sure Kelly won if Jeremy decided to take her over him. Then Kelly got 3 votes and Spencer got 1 vote.
So, with 3 votes, it looks like Spencer did a damn good job at convincing Jeremy that it would be in his best interest to get rid of Kelly, so off she went, leaving Jeremy, Spencer and Tasha as the final 3!
Next, Jeremy, Spencer and Tasha answered the tough questions from the jury and delivered their final plea speech before the jury made their final vote. After that, they jumped to the live show, tonight, where host Jeff Probst, counted off the votes. And the first 6 votes that Jeff read off, went to Jeremy, making him the $1 million winner! So, Jeff stopped right there. Later, Jeff revealed that everyone actually voted for Jeremy to win. Congrats to Jeremy.
