More Grey’s Anatomy Season 14 Spoiler Teasers Revealed By One Of The Main Male Stars
Recently, the people over at TV Line got to chat up Andrew DeLuca star Giacomo Gianniotti (above left). During their conversation, Gianniotti revealed that we’re going to see a lot more lighter and funnier moments in season 14 than we’ve seen in recent seasons. It’s also going to be more sexier. There will still be some sad moments too since it is a medical drama.
Gianniotti tod them, “It’s funnier, it’s sexier, it’s lighter. We’re going to have fun this season.” After that, he said that the show has been dreary for a pretty long time now. “There’s just been a lot of separation and loss. So, we want to show the characters having some fun. Also, a lot of the men are single now so we’re going to explore what that dynamic is like.”
Gianniotti also talked about the more grim moments that season 14 will experience saying, “You’re still going to need the tissue box every Thursday because our guest stars are going to be coming in with new medical problems and crazy hospital scenarios.”
Entertainment Weekly also revealed some statements that Gianniotti delivered about the new season in their recent Spoiler Room session. It turns out that they’re going to still explore DeLuca’s feelings for Jo. Season 14 will pick up right where it left off.
In reference to the Andrew and Jo situation, Gianniotti said, “It’s something that’s going to continue to be brought up until it has some resolution, He’s aware that he jumped the gun a bit on a woman who was very fresh out a relationship, went through a very traumatic experience, is running from a very traumatic experience, and he jumped the gun a little bit.
He needed to give her some space and time alone to figure out and sort through her emotions, and maybe then she’d be in a better place to open her life to someone new.”
In related news, we’re also going to see Deluca’s sister arrive on the scene. She will have a special profession that will make some of the other doctors uncomfortable. She is definitely going to stir things up.
We’ll also see a possible romance start up between Maggie and Jackson. Maggie will be in the process of trying to figure out if what April told her was true. From there, they’ll have to see what happens.
We’re also going to see a previous favorite Kim Raver aka Dr. Teddy Altman return. No details about her storyline have been revealed yet. Season 14 is set to premiere with a big two hour episode on Thursday night, September 28,2017 at 7pm central standard time on ABC. Stay tuned.
