‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Officially Renewed For A New 2019-2020 Season
Happy Sunday, “Bold And The Beautiful” fans. We have some great news for you guys in this new article. It turns out that the show is still doing so well that CBS decided to renew it and give it another season! That’s right, guys? We will continue to see new “Bold And The Beautiful” episodes throughout the rest of 2019 and into 2020.
You know ? Now that I think about it, I’m not even really sure when a particular season of any of these soap operas ends because they air every weekday, Monday through Friday, all year around. So, whenever I hear this, I’m always like, “Ok, I wasn’t really aware the season had ended, but thanks.”
Anyways, the renewal apparently took place towards the end of April 2019 according to the folks over at TV Line.com. In that same article, they revealed that CBS not only renewed “Bold And The Beautiful’ fora new season, they also renewed their other soap opera, “Young And The Restless” for a new season.
Oh,but wait. That’s not it. Actually, CBS renewed their entire daytime line up of shows, which includes: “The Talk” and game shows: “Let’s Make a Deal” and “The Price is Right.” So, basically, what we’ve learned from all of this is that absolutely nothing will change over at CBS for at least the next year.
If you guys are fans of any of those others shows, this is obviously extra great news for you. During the renewal announcement, there was also a big statement that was given by the executive vice president of CBS Daytime, Angelica McDaniel.
Sh had some wonderful things to say about the CBS daytime line up of shows stating, “For almost a third of a century, CBS has demonstrated a remarkable legacy of success in Daytime. Our programming continues to maintain a level of achievement unheard of in today’s television landscape, thanks to the passion and dedication of the extraordinary producers, casts, staff and crew on the shows, our studio partners, and most importantly, the fans. They have our deepest gratitude, and we look forward to entertaining them for many years to come.”
TVline pointed out that “Young And The Restless” is now a whopping 47 year old show, and that it’s still the number one soap opera for 32 years. TV Line also pointed out that “The Bold And The Beautiful” just recently celebrated its 32nd anniversary.
Let’s take a look at the LIVE ratings and viewership numbers for “The Bold And The Beautiful.” During the 2018-2019 season, the show has averaged 3.365 million viewers per episode and a 0.55 rating score for the 18-49 year old demographics.
The latest update in the “Bold And The Beautiful” LIVE ratings and viewership numbers are for the week of April 22, 2019. During that week, the show brought in 3.361 million viewers per episode and a 0.57 ratings score.
Despite a lot of you being upset about the Hope stolen baby storyline, Bold And The Beautiful still seems to keep up the live ratings and viewership numbers that it has always had. I mean these numbers look exactly the same as they did well before the Hope stolen baby storyline was even introduced.
We did have one of our Facebook readers point out that it could be due to new viewers replacing old viewers that have stopped watching. That could very well be true. Unfortunately, neither CBS or the Bold And The Beautiful producers care about that. If the numbers are still up, it’s a “go” for them.

I HAVE ONLY ONE COMPLAINT ABOUT THE BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL. IT DOESNT LAST LONG ENOUGH!!!!!!!! 30 MINUTES IS JUST NOT ENOUGH!!!!! I WISH THE SHOW WOULD LAST AN HOUR. I HAVE BEEN WATCHING FOR A YEAR NOW, AND CAN”T WAIT FOR THE NEXT EPISODE!!!! MY MOM IS 94 YEARS OLD AND GETS UPSET WHEN THE SHOW ENDS AT ONLY 30 MINUTES LONG. SHE CANT WAIT FOR THE NEXT EPISODE. SHE IS THE ONE WHO GOT ME HOOKED!1 WE HOPE THAT HOPE AND LIAMM WILL REALIZE WHAT DOUGLAS IS SAYING ABOUT BABY BETH IS TRUE, AND THOMAS WILL BE FOUND OUT THAT HE KNEW THAT BABY BETH WAS ALIVE, AND THAT HE IS THE ONE WHO CAUSED EMMAS DEATH
Not even 30 minutes I timed 17minutes it hade comercials that make it 30 minutes
30 min is too short! Needs to be hour long!
Please expand The Bold and the Beautiful soap to 1 hour please.
