New ‘God Friended Me’ Spoilers For Season 2, March 15, 2020 Episode 17 Revealed
Hey, “God Friended Me” fans. It’s that time again. We are back to tell you what’s coming up in the next, new episode 17 of this current season 2 of “God Friended Me.”
The lovely folks over at ABC did supply us with the main storyline teaser description for episode 17. So, that’s what we’ll be running by you guys in this spoiler session.
To start, we do have the official title for this new episode 17. It’s called, “Harlem Cinema House.”
It sounds like episode 17 will feature some interesting, possible dramatic and emotional scenes.
In the new episode 17, Miles is going to indeed get another couple of names from the God account. These three names will feature something extra unique to Miles because they are employees of an old movie theater that he and Ali used to frequent when they were young children.
In light of these unique facts, Miles will actually set out to help the owner of the theater Mr. Johnson raise enough cash to make sure it doesn’t have to shut down operations.
CBS’ official description for episode 17 reads like this, “When the God Account sends Miles the names of three employees of an old movie theater he and Ali used to go to as children, he makes it his mission to help the theater’s owner, Mr. Johnson (Frankie Faison), raise the money to save the theater before it closes down.”
An alternate description reads like this, “MILES MAKES IT HIS MISSION TO SAVE AN OLD MOVIE THEATER THAT WAS A KEY PART OF HIS AND ALI’S CHILDHOOD.”
Will Mile’s intense efforts to save this theater work out for him? That is a big question that we’ll be looking to see get answered in this episode.
Whatever the case, it sounds like this theater storyline could feature some pretty dramatic and possible emotional scenes for you guys when next Sunday night finally gets here. So, definitely ready for that.

Episode 17 will feature a couple of guest stars. They are: Frankie Faison as character (Mr. Johnson), Nathalie Carvalho as character (Haley), Paul Castro Jr. as character (Leo), Brandon Ford Green as character (Kenny), Jenna D’angelo as character (Detective) and Dante Sully as character (Tough Guy).
Episode 17 will feature a couple of recurring stars. They are: William Sadler as character (Rev. Elias), Robert McKay as character (Lester), K.K. Moggie as character (Dr. Chang) and Kara Royster as character (Emily).
The season regulars that will be featured in episode 17 are: Brandon Micheal Hall as character (Miles Finer), Violett Beane as character (Cara Bloom), Joe Morton as character (Arthur Finer), Suraj Sharma as character (Rakesh Singh), Javicia Leslie as character (Ali Finer) and Erica Gimpel as character (Trish).
Episode 17 was written by Pilar Golden and Steve Harper, and it was directed by Marcos Siega. CBS’ press release confirmed that episode 17 is indeed scheduled to air next Sunday night, March 15, 2020 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
