Station 19 Season 5, December 23, 2021 Episode 9 Delayed. Not Airing For A While
Hey, “Station 19” fans. Unfortunately, it’s one of those times where we have to deliver some very bad news to you guys. It turns out that Station 19 is currently on an extended delay. So, ABC is not going to air the next, new episode 9 of Station 19’s current season 5 tonight, December 23, 2021, and for many more Thursday nights to come.
That’s right, guys. Station 19 is currently on a two-month delay. ABC has let us know that they intend to air the new episode 9 on Thursday night, February 24, 2022 is its usual, 7 pm central standard time slot. So, definitely be sure to remember that very important date and time.
We did take a look at what ABC will be airing instead of the next, new episode 9 of Station 19’s current season 5 for the next, two weeks. According to the TV guide listings, ABC is going to air a Christmas special tonight titled, “Santa Claus Is Comin’ to Town.”
ABC’s official description for it reads like this, “A mailman (the voice of Fred Astaire) explains why Santa has whiskers, lives at the North Pole and brings presents once a year. Animated.”
Then, next Thursday night,December 30, 2021, ABC is going to air the 2013 movie “Frozen.” ABC’s official description for it reads like this, “A fearless young princess (Kristen Bell) sets out with a mountaineer (Jonathan Groff) to find her sister (Idina Menzel), whose icy powers have trapped their kingdom in eternal winter.”
After the December 30, 2021 date, you guys will need to check your local listings to see what else ABC will be filling their Thursday night, primetime slots with over this extended delay.
If that alternate line of programming seems enticing to any of you guys, you might still want to flip on ABC ,tonight, as you normally would.
If you only want to see the next, new episode 9 of Station 19’s current season 5, you will definitely want to make some other plans for this long, extended delay.

The episode 9 preview clip reveals that Station 19 and Grey’s Anatomy are going to do another crossover episode. It feature some very intense, dramatic and suspenseful scenes as the Station 19 crew rushes to try and save a guy who went over a cliff in an suv.
Then, of course, they rush him to Grey Sloan Memorial for the Grey’s Anatomy crossover where things get real interesting when the doctors want answers as to what really happened. You guys can view the episode 9 preview clip over on Youtube by Clicking Here.
Again, ABC confirmed that the next, new episode 9 of Station 19’s current season 5 is scheduled to finally hit the air on Thursday night, February 24, 2021 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
