New FBI Season 5 Spoilers For October 4, 2022 Episode 3 Revealed

Hey, “FBI” fans. We hope episode 2 was great for you guys. Now that episode 2 is officially behind us, we are back to tell you what the next, new episode 3 of FBI’s current season 5 will be serving up when it hits the air later on tonight, October 4, 2022. Side note: This episode is actually the season 4 finale episode that never aired due to the Uvalde shooting. CBS just refiled it as the 3rd episode of season 5.

We were able to get an official teaser description for one of episode 3’s main storylines via the wonderful CBS folks by way of their official episode 3 press release. So, we’re going to go over it right now. Let’s go.

First off, CBS let us know that this new episode 3 of FBI’s current season 5 is officially named/titled, “Prodigal Son.” It sounds like episode 3 will feature some very scandalous, intense, dramatic, possible action-filled and suspenseful scenes.

In the new episode 3, a deadly robbery investigation will be the main focus of this storyline CBS chose to reveal. Yep, it turns out that a deadly robbery will take place at some point. Apparently, the robbers will steal a whole bunch of automatic weapons.

Of course, the FBI team will hop on this case. During their investigation, they will find out that one of the culprits goes to school with Jubal’s son, and the culprit does not want to cooperate in their investigation.

CBS’ official description for episode 3 reads like this, “As the team investigates a deadly robbery that garnered a cache of automatic weapons for the killers, they discover one of the culprits is a classmate of Jubal’s son, who is reluctant to cooperate with the case on the CBS Original series FBI.”

Episode 3 will feature quite a few guest stars. They are: Scot Wade Cain as character (Perp One/Zach O’Connor), John Patrick Hayden as character (Jack O’Connor), Laura Shoop as character (Nancy O’Connor), Micah Scroggins as character (Perp Two/Clayton Hall), Will Blomker as character (Robert Hall).

Guest stars continued: Lauren Hines as character (Allison Hall), AJ Dyer as character (Simon Branch), Michael Dean Morgan as character (Ryan Bell), Jessie Hooker-Bailey as character (Emily Fallin), Adam Monley as character (Mark Whitman), Erica Wong as character (Linda Viola), Charle Webb as character (Local Cop), John Noble Barrack as character (Man at Warehouse), John Toon as character (Clerk/Ted Whitman) and David Wenzel as character (Jeremy Brosnihan).

Episode 3 will feature a couple of recurring stars. They are: Shantel VanSanten as character (Special Agent Nina Chase), Taylor Anthony Miller as character (Kelly Moran), Vedette Lim as character (Elise Taylor), James Chen as character (Ian Lim), Roshawn Franklin as character (Agent Hobbs), Mara Davi as character (Samantha Kelton) and Caleb Reese Paul as character (Tyler Kelton).

The season regulars that will be featured in episode 3 are: Missy Peregrym as character (Special Agent Maggie Bell), Zeeko Zaki as character (Special Agent Omar Adom “OA” Zidan), Jeremy Sisto as character (Assistant Special Agent in Charge Jubal Valentine), Alana De La Garza as character (Special Agent in Charge Isobel Castille), John Boyd as character (Special Agent Stuart Scola) and Katherine Renee Turner as character (Special Agent Tiffany Wallace).

Episode 3 was written by Rick Eid, and it was directed by Alex Chapple.

CBS’ press release confirmed that the next, new episode 3 of FBI’s current season 5 is indeed scheduled to make its debut tonight, October 4, 2022 at approximately 7 pm central standard time. It will also be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
