60 Minutes June 18, 2023 Episode Not New. It’s A Repeat. Preview Revealed
Hey, “60 Minutes” fans. We’re back in action today to let you know that CBS will be serving up a 60 Minutes episode tonight, June 18, 2023. However, it will not be a new episode. CBS is currently airing episodes that feature segments from past episodes. So, they’re essentially repeat episodes.
Some of you guys might not have seen these particular segments when they originally aired. If that is the case for you, this could be like a new episode for you. So, we do have some preview information for tonight’s repeat episode of 60 Minutes.
We were able to track down a new press release from CBS for tonight’s June 18, 2023 repeat episode. So, we will certainly use it for this preview session. Let’s get into it.
The first description for tonight’s, June 18, 2023 repeat episode of 60 Minutes reveals that CBS is going to re-air a segment titled, “PLEASE LET ME DIE.” CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “Thousands of Ukrainians are being held captive by Russia as prisoners of war, and, according to the UN, many are being tortured.
Scott Pelley interviewed three women soldiers who were recently released, including a military doctor who was pregnant during captivity. The soldiers share their harrowing, heartbreaking and heroic stories of life in prison as well as the first moments of freedom.”
The second description reveals that CBS is going to re-air a segment titled,”TAIWAN.” CBS’ description for it reads like this, “As tensions keep rising between the U.S. and China over Taiwan, 60 MINUTES’ Lesley Stahl travels to the island – a progressive, thriving democracy – to see how people on the ground are reacting and preparing for the possibility of a Chinese invasion.”
The 3rd and final description for tonight’s June 18, 2023 repeat episode lets us know that CBS is re-airing a segment titled, “RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS.” CBS’ description for it reads like this, “Jon Wertheim sits down with all four members of the rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers, currently on their biggest tour ever.”
If any of you guys happened to have missed any of those particular segments when they originally aired, you might still want to tune into CBS tonight to check those out. If you did already see those segments when they first aired, and you have absolutely no desire whatsoever to watch them again, you will certainly want to get some other plans lined up for tonight as soon as you can.
Again, CBS’ press release confirmed that 60 Minutes is a repeat episode tonight, June 18, 2023, and it’s scheduled to hit your TV screens, starting at approximately 6 pm central standard time.
