New America’s Got Talent August 8, 2023 Episode Preview Revealed

Hey, “America’s Got Talent” fans. We’re back with some more great news for you guys because NBC will be serving up another new episode of America’s Got Talent tonight, August 8, 2023. Tonight’s new episode will be the 10th installment of America’s Got Talent’s current season 18, and we’ve got some new preview information for it to run by you guys.

NBC served up an official press release for tonight’s new, August 8, 2023 episode 10. So, that’s what we’ll be working with as a source for this preview session. Let’s get into it.

In tonight’s new, August 8, 2023 episode 19, you guys are going to see even more first round auditions take place in front of judges: Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Simon Cowell and Sofia Vergara. More acts from across the country are going to show up to try and impress the judges enough to let them through to the next round. The Golden Buzzer is in play. So, one lucky contestant will get a chance to go straight through to the LIVE shows if they get it.

NBC’s official description for tonight’s new, August 8, 2023 episode 10 of America’s Got Talent season 18 reads like this, “The auditions continue as a variety of acts, featuring contestants of all ages, audition for the chance to win the $1 million prize. The Golden Buzzer is back, allowing a lucky act the chance to go directly to the live shows to compete for America’s vote.”

Additionally, we were able to get a hold of the list of contestants that will be featured in tonight’s new episode from the folks over at MJSbigblog.com.

The first contestant on the list is: Ahmed Bharoocha. He is a Los Angeles based comedian and actor who had a lead role on Dream Corp LLC on Adult Swim. He has also appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Conan, and Comedy Central.

Chibi Unity is a fusion dance crew from Niigata, Japan who has been competing for a few years in high level competitions. They recently they won Vibe 2023, the adult division. When the members were 13-17 years old in 2020, they competed on NBC’s World of Dance Season 4, where they made it to the duels and were eliminated there.

Daragh and Dexter are a Dog Act. Dexter, the balancing dog, owned by Daragh Kavanagh, has been featured on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and Good Morning America. He specializes in balancing items on his head, and he has made appearances on local news stations as well.

Donovyn Diaz is a 20-year-old professional competitive dancer and choreographer from New Jersey. He has competed in several competitions. Additionally, he is also a talented gymnast where he has competed at the collegiate level on Springfield College’s gymnastics team and in US Gymnastic competitions.

Duo Dadiva is an acrobatic duo whose act incorporates rolla rolla while displaying strength through balancing and acrobatics. The duo from Cuba is comprised of Iyolexan Torres Alvarez and Amalia Cruz Duquen. They appeared on both France and Spain’s versions of Got Talent in 2022. In France, they made the semifinals, and in Spain they made the finals.

Eduardo Antonio Trevino is a 10-year-old Mariachi singer and guitarist from Texas. He appeared on The Jennifer Hudson Show for Cinco De Mayo where he performed a song and then explained the history of Cinco De Mayo to Jennifer. He has competed in Mariachi vocal competitions and also recently sang the National Anthem at a Houston Astros game.

Heather and Bogart are another Dog Act. Heather Knudson, from Pennsylvania, owns a three-legged dog named Bogart. The dog performs an obstacle course themed routine.

Improv Everywhere is a New York City based improv group founded by Charlie Todd in 2001. They have appeared on Good Morning America, The Today Show, and in The New York Times.

Josh Alfred is a Nigerian comedian who performs comedy skits. He has 2.4 million followers on Tik Tok and 2.7 million followers on Instagram. He first received fame for what was called the “Don’t Leave Me” challenge on Tik Tok which Buzzfeed and other news sources shared.

Kevin is a professional magician at the world famous Magic Castle. He has appeared on Penn and Teller’s Fool Us where he fooled them and was known as the Youngest Returner. Also, Kevin has collaborated with brands like Netflix, Google, Panda Express, Instagram and more.

Morgan Barbour and Roxi Kevill are aerialists who have performed as soloists and as a part of other duos before, employing aerial straps and aerial hoops. Morgan lives in Virginia and Roxi lives in London, England. It appears they will perform a hair hanging and iron jaw act with an aerial hoop.

Papayaso, the Chilean is an act performed by Andres Parada who is a sketch comedian from Tubac, Arizona. His act appears to be in the parody/joke realm. Andres has had some success including writing a cartoon that became a Western short on Nickelodeon titled, Tennis The Good Boy.

Titos Tsai is a sword dancer from Taiwan who often competes in competitions and performs at circus events. He also performs dances that involve fire torches in which he has won street performing championships.

NBC’s press release confirmed that America’s Got Talent is brand new again tonight, August 8, 2023, and it’s scheduled to hit your TV screens, starting at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
