New 20/20 November 24 & December 1, 2023 Episodes Delayed. Not Airing
Hey, “20/20” fans. We hope you guys are totally enjoying the Thanksgiving break. Unfortunately, we had to hop on here to inform you that the folks over at ABC are not going to air a new episode of 20/20 tonight, November 24, 2023 and next Friday night, December 1, 2023. That’s right, guys. It turns out that ABC has some other obligations to fulfill tonight, and next Friday night, which we’ll discuss later on in this article.
However, first, we want to inform you that we have some confirmation from one of our sources that ABC plans to finally air the next, new 20/20 episode on Friday night, December 8, 2023 in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly be sure to commit that very important date and time to memory.
Ok, so here’s why ABC is not airing a new episode of 20/20 tonight and next Friday night. According to the TV guide listings, ABC is going to be very busy fulfilling their obligations to provide LIVE coverage for some college football games. Tonight, they will be providing LIVE coverage of a game featuring the Texas Tech Red Raiders vs. the Texas Longhorns.
ABC’s official description of their LIVE coverage for this college football game reads like this, “College Football. Texas Tech at Texas LIVE. The Red Raiders and No. 7 Longhorns square off in the Battle for the Chancellor’s Spurs. Texas leads the all-time series 54-18, but Texas Tech won 37-34 in overtime last season. Texas clinches home field in the Big 12 championship game with a win.”
On Friday night, December 1,2023, ABC is going to provide LIVE coverage for the Pac-12 championship college football game, which will feature the Washington Huskies vs. a team that has yet to be announced. ABC’s description for their LIVE coverage of the Pac-12 championship game reads like this, “College Football. Pac-12 Championship: TBA vs. Washington LIVE. From Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.”
If any of you guys are also college football fans, you might still want to hit up ABC tonight and next Friday night to check out these college football games. However, if you’re not into college football and only want to see a new episode of 20/20, you will definitely want to scratch ABC off your watchlist on Friday nights until that December 8,2023 date rolls around.
Again, it’s been confirmed by one of our sources that the next, new episode of 20/20 is currently scheduled to finally show up on your TV sets on Friday night, December 8, 2023 in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot.
