Kitchen Nightmares Season 7 December 4, 2023 Episodes Are The Finale. Season 8 Not Confirmed
Hey, “Kitchen Nightmares” fans. We hope you guys totally enjoyed episodes 9 and 10 tonight, especially since they are indeed the last episodes of Kitchen Nightmare’s current season 7. That means these episodes might be the last ones you’ll ever see for possibly forever since we don’t yet have an official confirmation from FOX that they’re going to renew Kitchen Nightmares for a brand new season 8.
Our guess is that they just brought Kitchen Nightmares back from its 9-year hiatus because of the writers and actors’ strikes that took place over this past Summer, but you never know. FOX might decide to give it another season later on down the road. We just can’t confirm it right now. What we can do is take a look at how Kitchen Nightmares season 7 performed for FOX. So, let’s go ahead and do that.
According to the LIVE Nielsen ratings, Kitchen Nightmares season 7 averaged 1.559 million LIVE viewers per episode, and a 0.29 ratings score for the 18-49 year old demographics. The most recent episode 8, which aired back on November 27, 2023 drew in 1.622 million LIVE viewers, and a 0.30 ratings score.
The most-viewed episode was episode 4 with 1.683 million LIVE viewers. The least-viewed episode was episode 7 with 1.406 million LIVE viewers.
The highest-rated episode was episodes 1 and 4. They both tied for first place with a 0.35 ratings score. The lowest-rated episode was episode 7 with a 0.23 ratings score. Those numbers do seem pretty low for a major network like FOX, but it might be low budget enough for them to bring it back since it is a reality show. However, on the other hand, we wouldn’t be surprised if FOX decided to not renew it for a new season 8. You’ll definitely need to cross your fingers for this one.
