New Young Sheldon March 21 & 28, 2024 Episode 6 Delayed. Not Airing For A While
Hey, “Young Sheldon” fans. Unfortunately, we have some super bad news to run by you guys. Yep, it turns out that CBS is not airing the next, new episode 6 of Young Sheldon’s current season 7 tonight, March 21, 2024 and next Thursday night, March 28, 2024.
Yep, according to CBS’ official episode 6 press release, they don’t plan to air the new episode 6 until Thursday night, April 4, 2024 in its usual, 7 pm central standard time slot. So, definitely look for that episode to show up early next month.
In the meantime, we did track down the reason why CBS is not airing the new episode 6. According to the TV guide listings, CBS is providing LIVE coverage of the 2024 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. Tonight, their airing the first round game, featuring the Oakland Golden Grizzlies vs the Kentucky Wild cats.
CBS’ official description for their LIVE coverage of this college basketball game reads like this, “2024 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. First Round: Oakland vs. Kentucky LIVE. The No. 3 Wildcats (23-9) get it on with the No. 14 Golden Grizzlies (23-11) in the NCAA Tournament first round. Eight-time national champion Kentucky makes its 62nd NCAA appearance. Oakland dances for the first time since 2011, and fourth overall.”
Next Thursday night, March 28, 2024, CBS is providing LIVE coverage for the regional semifinals game of this 2024 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “2024 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. Regional Semifinal: Teams TBA LIVE. College basketball teams vie for the national championship.”
Again, CBS confirmed that the next, new episode 6 of Young Sheldon’s current season 7 is scheduled to finally show up on your TV screens on Thursday night, April 4, 2024 in its usual, 7 pm central standard time slot.
