New The Rookie Season 6, April 16 & 23, 2024 Episode 7 Delayed. Not Airing For A While
Hey, “The Rookie” fans. Unfortunately, we’re back on here with some pretty bad news for you guys because the ABC people have decided to pump the brakes on new The Rookie episodes for a while. They’re not airing the next, new episode 7 of this current season 6 tonight, April 16, 2024 and next Tuesday night, April 23, 2024.
According to ABC’s official episode 7 press release, ABC isn’t airing the new episode 7 until Tuesday night, April 30, 2024. During that time, it will show up in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot.
We did find out what ABC is dishing up instead of new The Rookie episodes tonight and next Tuesday night. According to the TV guide listings, ABC is airing a couple of repeat episodes for The Rookie. Tonight, they’re re-airing the 3rd episode of this current season 6 titled, “Trouble in Paradise.”
ABC’s official description for this repeat episode 3 of The Rookie season 3 reads like this, “Nolan and Bailey’s honeymoon is more of a nightmare than a dream when it turns into an active crime scene. Tim and Celina partner up and must uncover the identity of a John Doe.”
Next Tuesday night, April 23, 2024, ABC is re-airing the 4th episode of this season 6 titled, “Training Day.” ABC’s official description for it reads like this, “It’s Officer Aaron Thorsen’s first day back since the assault, and he’s tasked with a series of high-stress cases to determine whether he’s ready to work. The team investigates a homicide case with a potential tie to the pentagram killer.”
If any of you guys happened to have missed those particular repeat episodes of The Rookie, you might still want to hang with ABC tonight and next Tuesday night. If you only want to see brand new episodes of The Rookie, you will certainly want to make some alternate plans for Tuesday nights until the April 23, 2024 date gets here.
Again, ABC confirmed that the next, new episode 7 of The Rookie’s current season 6 is scheduled to finally make its arrival on Tuesday night, April 23, 2024 in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot.
