First off, there is an official title for this new episode 6 of Elsbeth season 1. It’s called, “An Ear For An Ear.” It sounds like episode 6 will feature some very interesting, intense, dramatic, and scandalous scenes as a plastic surgeon is found dead. Kaya gets pretty intense and more.
The first spoiler scoop reveals that one of New York’s most sought-after plastic surgeons will turn up dead at some point in this episode. In response, we’ll see Elsbeth work this case and start keeping a close eye on the victim’s former boss Dr. Vanessa Holmes because she believes she has some very strong motives for this plastic surgeon’s death.
CBS’ official description for this plastic surgeon’s death plotline reads like this,”After one of New York’s most sought-after plastic surgeons is found dead, Elsbeth has her eye on the victim’s former boss, Dr. Vanessa Holmes (Gina Gershon), who she believes has motives that are more than skin-deep.”
The second and last teaser spoiler for this new episode 6 lets us know that Kaya will be on the scene and pretty intense as she will make sure she keeps very close tabs on what Elsbeth is up to these days. Also, Kaya’s investigation into Captain Wagner will get even more heated.

Episode 6 will feature one guest star. That person is Gina Gershon as character Dr. Vanessa Holmes. Episode 6 was written by Zoe Marshall, and it was directed by Nancy Hower.
CBS’ press release confirmed that the next, new episode 6 of Elsbeth’s current, premiere season 1 is indeed scheduled to hit the air tonight, April 25, 2024, starting at approximately 9 pm central standard time. It will also be available for streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs).
