New Dancing With The Stars October 1 Episode Delayed. Not Airing Tonight
Hey, “Dancing With The Stars” fans. Unfortunately, we’re on here with some bad news for you guys because the ABC people are not airing the next, new episode 3 of Dancing With The Stars current season 33 tonight, October 1, 2024 due to some other TV obligations.
Yep, it turns out that the ABC people along with other major networks like NBC and CBS are clearing out their entire primetime schedules tonight to provide LIVE coverage for the 2024 Vice Presidential debate featuring JD Vance and Tim Walz.
ABC’s coverage of the Vice Presidential debate will kick off in the 7 pm central standard time slot with a special LIVE countdown to the debate segment. ABC’s official description for it reads like this, “ABC News Special: Race for the White House Live. Counting down to the vice presidential debate between JD Vance and Tim Walz.”
Then, in the 8 pm central standard time slot, ABC will begin their LIVE coverage of the actual debate segment. Their official description for it reads like this, “Simulcast: CBS News Vice Presidential Debate Live. Vice presidential hopefuls Tim Walz and JD Vance debate.” The debate will be a 2 hour event. So, expect it to wrap up at 10 pm central standard time.
If any of you guys find this Vice Presidential debate appealing at all, you might still want to flip on ABC tonight to check out their LIVE coverage of it. If not, you will definitely want to make some other plans for tonight.
You guys can expect to see the next, new episode 3 of Dancing With The Stars show up on Monday Night, October 7, 2024 in the 7 pm central standard time slot to make up for tonight’s delay. Then, ABC is going to air the new episode 4 the very next night, October 8, 2024 at 7 pm central standard time to get the schedule back on track.
Again, it’s confirmed that there will be no new episode of Dancing With The Stars tonight, October 1, 2024 due to ABC’s LIVE coverage of the 2024 Vice Presidential debate, but ABC is going to make it up to you next Monday and Tuesday night, October 7 and 8, 2024 with new back-to-back night episodes.
