New ‘Legacies’ Season 3 Delayed Until January Aka Winter 2021
Hey, Legacies fans. We are finally back with a new article for you guys, and unfortunately, it’s not the greatest of news. It turns out that The CW has had to shuffle up their Fall 2020 schedule due to the terrible Covid-19 pandemic.
Most of their shows’ new seasons that were going debut in the Fall 2020, got bumped to the Winter 2021 aka January 2021. The folks over at TV Line are currently saying that Legacies 3rd season should debut in January 2021 sometime, but they don’t have an exact date from The CW at this moment.
As for the final four episodes of Legacies season 2, the last we heard about that is they are delayed also. TV Line didn’t mention those in this particular article. So, as of right now, we really aren’t sure when those will air or if they will still air.
We did hear that they may air during the Fall 2020. If we get any other new details about that, we’ll definitely let you know. We’re thinking it’s highly possible that the Legacies producers will just add them to season 3. We’ll have to wait and see.
They haven’t even been able to film anything new due to this pandemic. So, we don’t even have any possible spoilers for you guys at the moment. We just thought we’d would jump on here, real quick, and give you guys a brief update about when you can expect to see season 3.
The last episode of season 2 that actually aired was episode 16. It featured what could easily be considered a finale episode cliffhanger with Hope not ever waking up after she got turned to stone in Josie’s mind by the evil black magic that was inside her.
We definitely can’t wait to see that story continue whether it’s in a final four episodes of season 2 or in the brand new season 3. I think you guys can definitely rest assured that we’ll see the continuation of that plotline no matter what the scenario turns out to be.
