Critics gave Denzel Washington ‘Unstoppable’ movie positive reviews. 20th Century Fox released their new action,drama,thriller flick “Unstoppable’ into theaters today,and most of the top movie critics in the business seemed very impressed with it,giving it mostly B ratings across the board. The movie stars: Denzel Washington, Chris Pine, Rosario Dawson,and Kevin Chapman.
Ty Burr at the Boston Globe gave it a B rating. He said, “Unstoppable is exactly the kind of movie Tony Scott should make more often: an unabashed genre flick with a job to do and characters bent on doing it.”
Roger Ebert at the Chicago Sun-Times gave it a B+. He stated, “The movie is as relentless as the train, slowly gathering momentum before a relentless final hour of continuous suspense.”
Michael Phillips at the Chicago Tribune gave it a B. He said, “Why does the film work? Simplicity.” Keith Staskiewicz at Entertainment Weekly gave it a B. He said, “It’s all speed, sound, and fury,and in that, Tony Scott is the right man for the job.”
Sean O’Connell gave it a B. He said, “An exhilarating popcorn blockbuster .” Todd McCarthy over at the Hollywood Reporter gave it an A-.
