Sony released new ‘The Tourist’ Angelina Jolie featurette movie trailer. Columbia Pictures (Sony) recently released a new,featurette/movie trailer (below) for their upcoming action,drama flick “The Tourist” yesterday afternoon. The movie stars: Johnny Depp, Angelina Jolie, Paul Bettany, Rufus Sewell, Timothy Dalton,and Steven Berkoff.

The featurette features Angelina Jolie explaining her character Elise,along with a ton of new scenes from the movie. Angelina reveals that Elise is a good person,but she has secrets. Angelina Jolie ‘Salt’ movie delivered nonstop action & serious twists. Columbia Pictures released their new Angelina Jolie branded action flick “Salt” into theaters this weekend,and I must agree with the top movie critics’ positive reviews of this film. It had tons of action,along with plots and twists that just wouldn’t quit. It constantly kept me guessing,but not so much that I couldn’t figure it all out. It stars: Angelina Jolie,Liev Schreiber,Chiwetel Ejiofor,and Andre Braugher.

“Salt” revolved around CIA agent Evelyn Salt who within the first 10-15 minutes of the film,gets accused of being a planted Russian spy. She puts on a good job of acting like it’s not true for a little bit,but not for long as she really is a spy. She eventually uses all of her training and combat skills to escape and complete her assassination attempt on the Russian president who’s visiting America,but it doesn’t stop there. Top critics gave new Angelina Jolie ‘Salt’ movie positive reviews. Columbia Pictures released their new Angelina Jolie branded action flick “Salt” into theaters today,and most of the top movie critics gave it pretty positive reviews with mostly Bs across the board. There were some that thought it was average,giving it C ratings. It stars: Angelina Jolie, Liev Schreiber,and Chiwetel Ejiofor.

Wesley Morris at the Boston Globe gave it a C rating. He said, “Jolie operates in ridiculous defiance of physics.” Roger Ebert over at the Chicago Sun-Times gave it a very good A rating. He said, “a damn fine thriller.”

Michael Phillips at the Chicago Tribune gave it a B. He stated, “I liked it. It knows what it’s doing. Owen Gleiberman at Entertainment Weekly gave it a B rating. He said, “to call it out for being ludicrous would be like complaining that Superman flies.” Read the rest of this entry »

Angelina Jolie to star as Cleopatra in new ‘Cleopatra’ remake movie. According to the New York Daily News, top movie star Angelina Jolie is set to take on the role of Cleopatra in a remake movie of the classic 1963 film, which starred Elizabeth Taylor. They say that Angelina Jolie will play Cleopatra in the new movie entitled, “Cleopatra: A Life.”

Scott Rudin who is the producer of the film said that the role was developed specifically for Angelina Jolie. He stated, it “is being developed for and with Jolie.” Stacy Schiff who is the author of the book for which the movie is modeled under, said that she thinks Angelina is perfect for the Cleopatra role. Columbia Pictures recently released the full theatrical version movie trailer (below) of their new Angelina Jolie action flick, “Salt,” and Angelina gets pretty damn violent as she races to clear her name after getting accused of being a Russian spy. According to TMZ , popular actor and actress couple, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were spotted out at the “Super Bowl” last night,and they were apparently all over each other. They have been the speculation of gossip news as of late, because it appeared that they were about to split up. From the looks of the teaser,she does not disappoint. It’s filled with a ton of action. It also stars: Liev Schreiber, and Chiwetel Ejiofor.
