Angelina Jolie’s new ‘Salt’ movie releases first action teaser trailer (below). Columbia Pictures has just released the new teaser trailer for their much anticipated new Angelina Jolie action flick, “Salt”.
From the looks of the teaser,she does not disappoint. It’s filled with a ton of action. It also stars: Liev Schreiber, and Chiwetel Ejiofor.
Angelina Jolie plays Evelyn Salt who is a CIA officer. She gets accused of being a Russian sleeper spy. Then that’s where the action begins,as she goes on the run to clear her name,fighting off men trying to capture her,with her signature action moves.

The part was originally reserved for Tom Cruise to be entitled , Edwin A. Salt. However, the studios changed there mind and decided to go with the bigger box office draw at the moment, Angelina Jolie.

It has been confirmed that the Lara Croft “Tomb Raider” movie franchise will be revamped.”Tomb Raider” originated as a popular video game that was first introduced back in 1996, and is about a female, daredevil archaeologist named, Lara Croft. Paramount pictures made two movies about it back in 2001 and 2003 which starred Angelina Jolie as the starring role of Lara Croft. She decided after the second installment that she would not accept anymore Lara Croft roles.
Since then, the rights to the Lara Croft character have been reverted to Eidos,but Time Warner has now aquired the right to it,and are planning to do a total remake of the film.

It’s Official. There is going to be a sequel to the summer 2008 blockbuster “Wanted”. The awsome assasin movie that starred: Angelina Jolie,Morgan Freeman,and James McAvoy.Chris Morgan one of the screen writers for the film told Mtv that he is currently writing the screenplay for “Wanted 2″. While Angelina Jolie and Morgan Freeman’s characters did get killed off they will be back.
