New R&B Girl Keri Hilson Gets Back Up With ‘Knock You Down’
In the music video for “Knock You Down” which is her fourth single from her first album entitled “In A Perfect World”. It features superstar rapper Kanye West and R&B soul singer Ne-Yo.
The “Knock You Down” music video was shot in Los Angeles,California,and Chris Robinson directed it. Kanye West plays her love interest in the video for his rap verse,and Ne-Yo plays another one of her love interests during his verses.
It eventually ends with a depiction of a confrontation between her two love interests,and then shows Hilson free falling into her bed. The video premiered on March 23,2009 which was one day before the release of her album.
“Knock You Down” has peaked at # 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts, # 1 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs charts, # 7 on the Billboard Mainstream Top 40 charts, and # 9 on the Billboard Pop 100 charts.
