New ‘The Tourist’ Movie Delivered Lots Of Action & A Great Twist
New ‘The Tourist’ movie delivered lots of action & a great twist. Columbia Pictures (Sony) released their new action,drama flick “The Tourist” into theaters this weekend. I just checked it out,and it was way better than I thought it would be. It delivered a ton of action and drama,along with a great twist. The movie stars: Johnny Depp, Angelina Jolie, Paul Bettany, Rufus Sewell, Timothy Dalton,and Steven Berkoff.
“The Tourist” movie revolved around characters Frank (Johnny Depp) and Elise (Angelina Jolie). Frank is an American tourist that traveled to Italy to mend a broken heart. Elise is a beautiful undercover secret agent who’s in love with a man named Alexander who has a trail of gangsters after him for stealing their money in excess of over $2 billion. The police are also after him for tax money.
Alexander eventually tells Elise to find a man that sort of looks like him with the same build,and get everyone to believe it’s him. From there, she meets Frank on a train,but it’s no accident,and Frank,soon enough, comes to realize that, as he finds himself getting shot at and on the run from both criminals and cops.
Just when it looks like he’s met his end, Elise pops back up to rescue him and send him on his way. However, Frank doesn’t want to leave because he’s fallen in love with her. Needless to say, he sticks around to get into more trouble in her high action,dangerous life,which leads up to an intense ending with an awesome twist.
The movie contained a lot of action scenes,including: gun shootouts,chasing,boat chases,fighting,and ruthless killing. It was what you’d expect to see in an Angelina Jolie action flick. I thought the movie was great,and had a pretty interesting story,especially once it all played out and we found out who Elise really is.
Angelina and Johnny Depp did a great job as usual. The movie never had a dull moment. The two actors displayed some cute dialogue scenes. I gave the movie an A grade. “The Tourist” movie is in theaters now. Get your “The Tourist” movie tickets by Clicking Here.
It was good to finally read a positive review of this movie. I enjoyed it. I felt it could have been better, but the actors did a good job with the script they were given.
