New ‘Harold & Kumar 3’ movie delivered crazy laughs,drama & more. New Line Cinema released their new comedy flick “A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas” into theaters this weekend. I just checked it out,and I thought it was hysterical. It delivered lots of crazy scenes that kept me cracking up. The movie stars: John Cho, Kal Penn, Paula Garcés, Danneel Harris, Tom Lennon, Danny Trejo, Elias Koteas, Eddie Kaye Thomas, David Krumholtz, Patton Oswalt,and Neil Patrick Harris.
In the flick, Kumar has become an even bigger pothead than he’s ever been,while Harold has gotten his life together with hs wife Maria. Harold hasn’t seen or spoken to Kumar in two years. However, a small package that arrives at Kumar’s doorstep, ends up bringing the two old pals back together for some more crazy times.
The package is addressed to Harold,so Kumar takes it to Harold’s new,big house that he shares with Maria. Oh yeah,and it’s Christmas time too,so there’s a special Christmas tree sitting in Harold’s living room that he must guarded with his life. Apparently,the tree has huge, sentimental value to Maria’s father because he personally grew it.
Surely enough,when Kumar delivers the package to Harold, the Christmas tree,somehow,ends up getting completely burned,bringing back old animosity that Harold has towards Kumar. From there, Harold scrambles to try and find a replica tree. However,when he finally does,he discovers that Kumar beat him to it. Unfortunately, Kumar and his new friend Adrian end up wrecking their car,and destroying the new tree as well.
This event caused the beginning of an extremely crazy night. Harold decides to give Kumar and his new pal Adrian a ride to a girl’s house that Adrian met on the internet because Harold saw the exact Christmas tree he needed in that girl’s house via a video text message on Adrian’s cell phone.
Unfortunately,when they get to the house,they find out the girl is a sex freak,and her father is a killer named Sergei Katsov. Surely, enough Sergei crashes the party to find his daughter all over Harold. After that, he puts a kill order out on them, so now, they’re on the run throughout the city,while still looking for another Christmas tree.
Luckily,they run into their old,crazy pal Neil Patrick Harris who is,somehow,still alive and doing musicals after getting shot in the back at a whore house. He agrees to give them a new tree and a waffle robot. Towards the end, the movie just gets crazier as their waffle robot has to save them from getting shot,and they end up shooting Santa Claus out of the sky. It was just absolutely insane,but damn funny.
I thought the movie was very entertaining with no boring moments at all. There was always a lot going on in this movie,especially when they got to the Neil Patrick Harris’ parts. I’m really glad they decided to revive Neil. Although,they never really did explain how he came back to life. Hmm,oh well. I gave the movie an A grade. Follow us on Facebook by Clicking Here.
